Free site audit (15 min)

We run your current site through Lighthouse, check mobile performance, and look at site age. You get a score card with three concrete problems and what it would cost to fix each one.

You don't need to prepare anything. We do the audit before the call, show you the results, and answer questions. No pitch at the end.

You: Book a Calendly slot. Show up.
Us: Lighthouse audit, mobile test, competitor scan, ICP scoring.

Proposal and contract

If the audit confirms a clear problem worth fixing, we send a 1-page proposal: fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.

No open-ended contracts. No "and then we scope it out later." Everything you get is listed before you sign.

You: Review the PDF, ask questions, sign if you want to proceed.
Us: Write the scope, set up the project, send the first payment link.

Kickoff questionnaire (20 min from you)

We send you a short questionnaire: service types, service areas (Glendale, Pasadena, Burbank?), photos you have, reviews you want to feature. That's all we need from you.

Most contractors fill this out in under 20 minutes on their phone. If you have photos, great. If you don't, we work with what we have.

Us: Confirm scope, set up hosting, begin build.

Build and preview (day 5-7)

We build on our staging environment. On day 5-7 (Studio tier), you get a preview link. You review, give feedback. We apply up to 2 revision rounds.

Preview feedback takes 15 minutes. You're reviewing a complete site, not wireframes. Most Studio clients approve on the first revision.

You: Review preview. Give feedback via email or a quick call.
Us: Build, apply revisions, Lighthouse test, cross-browser check.

Launch

We point your domain to the new site. DNS propagation takes 30-60 minutes. SSL is automatic via Cloudflare. We verify everything loads correctly on mobile and desktop.

If you don't have a domain yet, we help you register one. If you have an existing host, we migrate for you.

You: Approve launch. Provide domain login if needed.
Us: DNS setup, SSL, live check on 3 devices, submit to Google Search Console.

30-day support window

After launch, you have 30 days of included support. Text or email us for any fix, update, or question. No ticket system. Direct contact.

After 30 days: optional $99/mo maintenance covers all updates. No lock-in. Cancel anytime.

You: Use the site. Tell us if anything needs adjusting.
Us: Fix anything that comes up. Monitor uptime. Respond within 1 business day.
